Induction chafers heat the pan directly instead of warming it over a flame, so the food holds at a steadier temperature and there is no open fuel on the buffet. For indoor service, function rooms and anywhere fire risk is a consideration, that is the safer and cleaner option.

You will need a compatible induction warmer and pan to complete the setup, plus a power point at the buffet line.
