Terms and Conditions of Sale
1. Application
These terms govern all sales made by CaterHub through this website. By placing an order you accept these terms.
2. Pricing
All prices are quoted in South African Rand and are shown in South African Rand. Prices are subject to change without notice. Where a pricing error is obvious, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you in full.
3. Orders and Acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase. A contract comes into effect only once we confirm the order and payment has cleared.
4. Stock Availability
Stock is not reserved until payment clears. If an item becomes unavailable we will offer an alternative, a backorder or a full refund.
5. Ownership and Risk
Ownership passes only once payment has cleared in full. Risk passes to you on delivery.
6. Installation
Unless expressly quoted, prices exclude installation, commissioning, electrical connection, plumbing and gas certification. Installation must be carried out by a suitably qualified person.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit or loss of stock, arising from equipment failure. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
