We deliver nationwide. Delivery cost is calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions and destination of your order.
Lead Times
- Main centres (Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, Durban): 2 to 4 working days
- Regional centres: 3 to 6 working days
- Outlying areas: 5 to 10 working days
- Items on indent or built to order: lead time confirmed at order
Delivery Costs
Shipping is quoted at checkout before you pay. Large equipment such as cold rooms, combi ovens and rack ovens may require a dedicated vehicle, and we will confirm the cost with you before dispatch.
Receiving Your Delivery
Someone must be present to receive and sign for the delivery. Please inspect goods on arrival and note any visible damage on the delivery note before signing. Damage must be reported to us within 48 hours.
Kerbside Delivery
Standard delivery is kerbside. Placement, installation and commissioning are quoted separately.
