Returns and Refunds Policy
This policy is provided in line with the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002.
Cooling-Off Period
Under section 44 of the ECT Act, you may cancel an online order within 7 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. Goods must be returned unused, in original packaging and in resaleable condition. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods. We will refund the purchase price within 30 days of cancellation.
Defective Goods
Under section 56 of the Consumer Protection Act, if goods are defective within 6 months of delivery you may choose a repair, replacement or refund. Return shipping on genuinely defective goods is for our account.
What We Cannot Accept
- Goods damaged through misuse, incorrect installation or incorrect voltage
- Consumables, chemicals and disposables once opened
- Custom-fabricated or built-to-order items
- Goods without proof of purchase
How To Return
Email [PLACEHOLDER] with your order number and reason for return. We will issue a return authorisation and instructions. Do not ship goods back without authorisation.
Refund Method
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 working days of us receiving and inspecting the returned goods.
