Rectangular chafing dish with induction heating and a hinged glass lid.

Induction holding gives tighter temperature control than a fuel-gel burner and removes open flame from the buffet line, which some venues require. The glass lid lets guests see the dish without lifting it, and the hinge keeps the lid captive rather than needing somewhere to rest it.

Requires a power supply at the buffet position. Gastronorm inserts ordered separately unless stated.
