Display Unit Fridge Salvadore – F/Stand Cappi – 1500mm

Description

Salvadore Cappi floor-standing refrigerated display unit, 1500mm wide, with fixed shelving.

A patisserie and deli display case at the widest of the three Cappi sizes, for sites with the counter run to take it. Fixed shelves hold their level under loaded trays, which is the trade-off against the flexibility of adjustable racking.

Refrigerated display cases are specified for presentation and short-term holding, not bulk storage. Requires clearance for condenser airflow and a dedicated supply. Delivery of a unit this size needs a dedicated vehicle and a clear access route.
