Classeq C500 undercounter dishwasher, the larger of the two C-series machines. Fits under a standard counter run and takes a bigger rack than the C400.

Undercounter is the right format for a bar, cafe or restaurant where the wash-up is part of the counter rather than a separate room. You lose the throughput of a pass-through machine and gain the floor space back, which is usually the correct trade below a certain cover count.

Needs a hot water feed, a drain and a gravity or pumped waste depending on your plumbing. Confirm the aperture under your counter before ordering, including the depth once services are behind it.
