Summit GT2 Push soft serve and frozen yoghurt machine with two bowls, in white, with automatic defrost.

Two bowls means two flavours, or one flavour and a twist, without a second machine. Soft serve and frozen yoghurt run at different consistencies, and a machine rated for both gives you the option of switching product seasonally.

Soft serve machines require daily cleaning and periodic mix-down — worth planning the labour for before buying. Requires a dedicated power supply and condenser clearance.
