Description

Summit slush and granita machine with three bowls.

Three bowls means three flavours running at once, which is what a forecourt, cinema or busy takeaway needs. Each bowl holds its own mix and freezes independently.

Slush machines need daily cleaning and the mix drained and washed down — worth planning the labour before buying. Requires a dedicated power supply and clearance for condenser airflow.
