Description

Replacement dough hook for an 8 quart commercial stand mixer.

The hook is the attachment that wears and bends first, because dough is the heaviest duty any mixer sees. A hook that has lost its shape no longer reaches the bottom of the bowl properly, which leaves unmixed flour and loads the gearbox.

Attachments are machine-specific. Confirm the fitting matches your mixer before ordering.
