Description

Chrome-plated wire baking grid in the standard 600 x 400mm commercial tray format, sized to run in Anvil convection and deck ovens as well as most bakery ovens built to the same rack pitch.

The open wire construction allows air to circulate on all sides, which suits cooling, proving and dry-heat baking where a solid tray would trap moisture underneath. Chrome plating resists corrosion in a wet kitchen and wipes down easily between services.

Supplied as a single grid. Check your oven rack spacing before ordering if you intend to run a full set.
