A countertop twin-pan unit for sites where floor space will not take a standing fryer, or as a secondary fryer dedicated to fish so the oil stays clean and free of cross-contact with battered or breaded items.

Each pan is independently controlled. Requires a bench that can take the loaded weight, extraction above, and a dedicated power supply.
