Display Unit Fridge Salvadore – F/Stand Cappi – 1200mm

Description

Salvadore Cappi floor-standing refrigerated cake display, 1200mm wide, with fixed shelving.

A patisserie display case held at display rather than storage temperature, so cake texture is not compromised by over-chilling. Fixed shelves hold their level under loaded trays, which is the trade-off against adjustable racking.

1200mm is the mid width in the Cappi range. Requires condenser clearance and a dedicated power supply.
