Description

Salvadore ice cream display freezer, 1200mm wide, for scooping service.

A gelato-style display freezer holding pans at serving temperature, which is warmer than a storage freezer and is what allows ice cream to be scooped cleanly rather than chipped. Not a substitute for bulk frozen storage.

Takes standard ice cream pans; inserts ordered separately. Requires condenser clearance and a dedicated power supply.
