Free-standing mobile crockery rack, 1130mm wide, holding up to 600 pieces.

The largest capacity in the range, for banqueting and conference catering where a full service of crockery is moved in one go.

Crockery racks hold plates on edge in individual slots rather than stacked. Stacked plates chip at the rim and have to be lifted in columns; racked plates are taken one at a time and air-dry between services, which is why wash-up areas and pass stations use them.

Frames are powder-coated mild steel with polyester-plastic covered rails so plate rims are not chipped. Supplied dismantled for transport, with a spanner included.
