Double decker island extraction canopy in galvanized steel, designed to sit over a cooking suite that stands away from a wall rather than against one.

Double decker means two filter banks, which pulls more grease-laden air than a single bank and suits a line running fryers, chargrills or a solid-top range. Island canopies draw from both sides, so they need proportionally more extraction capacity than a wall canopy of the same length.

Canopies are sized to the equipment underneath and to the ductwork available. Send through your cooking line layout and ceiling height before ordering so the canopy is specified against the actual load.
