Description

KitchenAid Professional planetary mixer with a 6.9 litre bowl.

The largest KitchenAid bowl size, and the practical ceiling for a bench mixer of this type. It suits a cafe, small pastry section or a restaurant making limited batches — it is not a substitute for a floor-standing commercial mixer on dough volume.

Planetary action works the whole bowl rather than just the centre. Runs on a standard power point, which is part of the appeal where no dedicated supply is available.
