Tre Spade sausage stuffer with a 10 litre cylinder in the flat, horizontal format.

A horizontal stuffer lies the cylinder flat and feeds the piston along it with a geared crank. It takes more bench depth than a vertical unit but gives a lower loading height and a steadier feed, which some butchers prefer for long runs.

Ten litres is a working butchery capacity, enough for a core sausage line rather than an occasional batch. The gearing is what gives you even fill without air pockets or torn casings.

Supplied with a set of nozzles in most configurations. Stainless parts strip down for cleaning, which is required after every use.
