The smaller blade in the Argenta range, for delis and counters slicing moderate volume where the 280mm unit is more machine than needed. Blade diameter governs the maximum product width you can slice, so match it to what you actually cut.

Gravity-feed carriage for even slices. Removable blade and carriage for cleaning.

Requires a stable bench and a dedicated power point.
