The Prima is a step up from the Argenta, with a 300mm blade for wider product and heavier daily duty. Appropriate for a butchery or busy deli counter slicing continuously rather than in short bursts.

Gravity-feed carriage. Removable blade and carriage for cleaning down between product types, which matters where you slice both raw and ready-to-eat.

Requires a stable bench and a dedicated power point.
