Description

Upright freezer with two solid stainless steel hinged doors, model SHD1140F. A back-of-house storage freezer rather than a display cabinet.

Solid doors hold temperature far better than glass, which is why this format is specified for bulk frozen storage while glass doors go out front for selling. Stainless throughout means it washes down to kitchen standard and takes the knocks of a busy service area.

Two doors means you open half the cabinet at a time, so less cold air spills on each access. Allow clearance for condenser airflow and a level floor, and let it pull down fully before loading stock.
