Description

Deluxe specification floor-standing deep fryer running on a 380V three-phase supply.

Three phase is what allows the higher element rating, and the higher rating is what gives fast temperature recovery between baskets. If your site has three-phase available this is the better choice over single phase for sustained volume.

Requires a certified three-phase installation and extraction above. Check your distribution board capacity before ordering, as retrofitting three phase is a significant cost.
