Description

Rectangular mini basket, 215mm by 105mm by 35mm deep, for a commercial fryer.

Small baskets let you cook separated portions in one oil bath instead of dedicating the whole fryer to a single order. Useful for allergen separation, for single servings, and for anything that would be lost in a full basket.

The shallow 35mm depth suits a single portion rather than a batch. Check it sits correctly in your fryer before ordering several.
