Description

Deluxe floor-standing deep fryer with two 10 litre pans on a 380V three-phase supply.

Twin pans on a three-phase supply: independent control over two frying duties, with the element rating to recover quickly on both. The usual choice where fish or allergen items must be kept out of general service oil but volume is still high.

Requires a certified three-phase installation and extraction above. Installation and commissioning quoted separately.
