Description
Anvil four-tray double-deck oven, with two independently controlled decks.
Two decks with separate top and bottom element control, which lets you bake bread on one deck and pastry on the other without compromising either. Independent control is the main reason to choose a double deck over two single ovens.
Four-tray capacity in the standard 600 x 400mm commercial tray format. Suited to bakeries, pizzerias and restaurant pastry sections.
Requires a dedicated power supply and extraction above. A matching stand and ceramic baking plates are available separately. Confirm your available electrical load and access route before ordering.
