Ceramic baking plate sized 600 x 400mm, for Anvil deck ovens.

A ceramic plate holds and radiates heat from below in a way a steel tray does not, which is what produces a properly set base on pizza and artisan bread. It is fitted into the deck in place of the standard shelf.

600 x 400mm is the standard commercial deck format. Confirm your oven model before ordering, as plates are not interchangeable across all decks.
