The cook’s knife is the general-purpose blade of the kitchen, with a curved belly that allows a rocking cut on a board. At 150mm it is the compact size, which many chefs prefer for detail work and smaller hands where a 250mm blade is unwieldy.

Forged with a bolster at the heel for balance. Hand wash and dry, and steel it regularly rather than waiting for it to go blunt.
