Victorinox paring knife with an 80mm serrated blade.

The serrated version of the 80mm paring knife. Serrations grip and cut through skins that a plain edge tends to slide off — tomatoes, citrus and other soft produce with a firm outer skin.

Serrated edges cannot be steeled and are usually replaced rather than re-sharpened, so they are treated as a consumable in most kitchens. Hand wash and dry.
