The Start is the mid range in the Rheninghaus line and 300mm is its larger blade, taking wider product than the 220mm and 250mm machines. Suited to a butchery or deli slicing through the day.

Removable blade and carriage for cleaning, which is a food-safety requirement where the same machine handles raw and ready-to-eat product. Requires a bench rated for the weight and a dedicated power point.
