Floor-standing bain marie with cupboard doors under the wells. The wells hold food at service temperature; the enclosed base gives you dry storage for gastronorm pans, lids and spare inserts within reach of the pass.

Built for a buffet line, canteen or takeaway counter where food is held rather than cooked. It keeps hot food hot, it does not bring cold food up to temperature, so load it from the kitchen already hot.

Fill the wells with water before switching on and drain them down at the end of service.
